Sankalp Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. is a trusted financial institution registered under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. Established on 8th May 1978, the society was founded with a strong vision to provide financial assistance and support to individuals facing economic hardships. The visionary behind this noble cause, Mr. Ashok Nivrutti Nalawade, laid the foundation of Sankalp with a humble beginning of 125 founding members and an initial share capital of ₹10,000.

The society began its operations in the BMC ‘D’ Ward, addressing the financial needs of its local community. Over the past 46 years, Sankalp Co-operative Credit Society has expanded its footprint and is now proudly operating from its Corporate Office located in the BMC ‘L’ Ward, Mumbai. Through years of perseverance and dedication, it has emerged as a beacon of financial empowerment and community welfare.

Sankalp’s journey has been shaped by its commitment to serving its members with transparency, integrity, and personalized care. The society places a strong emphasis on building financial security and providing quick and reliable credit solutions to its members. The organization takes pride in its team of highly trained staff, comprising 7 dedicated employees and 5 self-employed marketing representatives who are the face of Sankalp in the community.
